If you wish, you can change and / or return your order within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of your order.

To return your order, follow the instructions below.

Send an email with your order number to info@kausstudio.com indicating that you want to return your order.

We will send you a label that you must print and stick on the packaging box with which you received your order.

We will pick up the order by the shipping address.

Kaus studio is not responsible for the costs of the return except if it is our error or in case of a defect, but we will help to manage it at all times. The transport costs assumed by the customer related to the return of an order will be € 7 for each order that is returned from Spain (peninsula). These costs will be discounted from the amount to be returned to the payment method that you used at the time of purchase. 

The customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received by the Customer.

We will proceed to refund the amount paid, once it has received the returned product and it has been verified its good condition. The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order in our warehouses. All returns will be made through the same payment method used in the purchase.
